I love going for lunch. The pizza and subs are very tasty and the portion size is generous. HOWEVER, this place severely need a makeover.

Highly disappointed. To sell someone this to go is unacceptable. I sent my girlfriend to pick this up due to me being sick in bed and this is what she comes back with. . Not sure who should I be more disappointed in. . her for bringing this back home or them for selling something like burnt like this. What a shame. Only eating it because I’m starving. But what a disappointment

Spent $14 on a small pizza toppings were very scarce . the waitress let the door slam in our face rude service. I will never ever come back to this place again.

Not my first time ordering Johnny’s in general or this specific location. The night closing crew on 04/18 are going to make you lose customers. Not only did they give me a hassle about “there being no record of the order” although they had made the order, they also tried to give us a burned pizza. I mean completely burned. You couldn’t even tell what we ordered. Pizza looked more like a cookie no exaggeration. I’m glad I hadn’t paid yet I told them they need to do better. We found a better place with better prices and closer just sucks that’s the level of service you giving out. I know for a fact someone who got their DoorDash order was pissed with the pie they received as well. The order was not in my name so don’t look for that. Run the footage back to around 2140 you’ll see me walk in. Money, time, and food are three things you don’t want messed with.

I was excited to order from here bc I was craving NY pizza and hadn't had Johnny's for a while. The pizza crust wasn't what I remembered and was a bit over done with burnt edges. The toppings were good for the Italian pizza. Buffalo and Cheesesteak were ok. I didn't even eat the crust after the first piece. We did order delivery and medium pizza. Maybe it is better as a large and in the restaurant.
